1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India.
International shipping is not available at the moment, but we plan to expand soon.
2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with the tracking ID as soon as your order is shipped.

Note: These are estimated timelines. Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or high demand.
4. Shipping Charges
- A standard shipping charge of ₹79 applies for all orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional fee of ₹30 may be applicable.
5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.
- You can also track your order status by logging into your account on https://aklu.in and checking the “My Orders” section.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package is not accepted or if the address is incorrect, it will be returned to us.
- For re-shipping a returned order, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. Delayed or Lost Orders
- If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at Aklu.business@gmail.com within 48 hours.
- We will raise a query with the delivery partner and assist in resolving the issue. If found genuine, a replacement or full refund will be issued.
9. Packaging & Safety
- All products are securely packed to avoid any damage during transit.
- We follow hygiene protocols for packaging, especially for clothing items, to ensure the product reaches you clean and untouched.
10. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears tampered with, damaged, or already opened:
- Do not accept the delivery.
- Take a photo/video of the package and inform us immediately at Customer.support@aklu.in.
- We will initiate a quick investigation and arrange for a free replacement or refund, if applicable.
11. Pre-Orders and Custom Items
- If any item is marked as “Pre-Order” or “Made to Order”, the delivery timelines will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- These orders may take longer due to production time but will be shipped as soon as they are ready.
12. Change of Shipping Address
- You can request a change of shipping address before the order is shipped.
- Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
