Return & Refund Policy

At AKLU, we prioritize your satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible to return a product if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, wrongly delivered, or not as described.
  • The return request is raised within 7 days of the product being delivered.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

📌 Returns are not applicable on innerwear, socks, accessories, or items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” unless received damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Customer.support@aklu.in or use the Contact Us form on our website.
  2. Mention your Order ID, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  3. Attach photos or videos of the product, especially if it is damaged or incorrect.

Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup from your address (if serviceable) or guide you through a self-shipping process.

3. Return Pickup Process

  • We will schedule a pickup with one of our courier partners within 2–4 business days of your return request approval.
  • If your area is not serviceable for pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our return address, and the shipping cost may be refunded (up to ₹60) in the form of store credit.
  • The returned product will be inspected before a refund or replacement is issued.

4. Return Conditions

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The item shows signs of use, wear, or washing.
  • Original tags or packaging are missing.
  • The return is initiated beyond the 7-day window.
  • It is a non-returnable product category.

5. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (for prepaid orders).
  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID, as shared during the return process.

📌 Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our fault (wrong/defective/damaged product).

6. Replacement & Exchange

We offer free replacement if:

  • You receive a damaged or incorrect item.
  • You prefer to exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

For size exchanges:

  • Raise the request within 7 days.
  • Ensure the item is in original condition.

📌 Each item is allowed only one exchange. No exchange on exchanged items.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery (if eligible).
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at Customer.support@aklu.in.
